OGE Calling (Call Center)

In December 2022, OGE began a small call center for outreach to select applicant groups. Below is the set up.

Calling Queries

Sharing the call list with callers via Share Call List:

The caller will then see the Script and call Fetches: 

Keeping the fetch number around 10 when making volume/sprint calls will help with call efficiency.


Clicking on the Fetched list will bring up the calls to be made:

Call reports are submitted from the Fetch after clicking on the student record and placing the call - Submit Form:


A sample call form is shown below. Once submitted, if application scoped, the form will appear under Activities on the application.

Calling Emails

Two emails are configured to be used as follow up, if needed.


1. OGE: Calling No Answer/Voicemail Email to Student - this email is sent to a student if a voicemail is left. It is currently set up for Awaiting Submission apps with a college selected on their app.


2. OGE: Send Lead to Unit Contact - Using the call report form, a ranking can be assigned to a student. The ranking then riggers the referenced email to be sent to the unit to indicate a student has high interest in DU.
