Advanced Forms (QR Code for an Inquiry Form)

The instructions below will allow you to create a QR code for an inquiry form. Prospects will have the ability to use their device camera to scan and open the unit inquiry form. Please TEST any QR code generated thoroughly.


  • Navigate to the Inquiry Form and click Edit Form

 

  • Select Embed Form

 

  • Copy image and paste the QR code where you would like to use it
    • TEST it to be sure it opens on your mobile device to the inquiry form you want completed
    • An example of where to use an inquiry form QR code would be the end of a PowerPoint presentation
