This article describes queries setup for independent graduate units (DCB, GSSW, UCOL) to be able to review international applicants who've been admitted but are missing checklist items on their international checklist. 

These units are responsible for helping applicants complete their international checklists before ISSS can begin issuing the student an I-20/DS-2019 immigration document.

1. Queries are located in the Queries > ISSS folder
2. The are named DEPT Admitted Int’l Student Checklist Incomplete_CJ
   • These have recently been updated in Configurable Join please reach out to OGE if you need any assistance viewing or maintaining these queries. 
3. The DU staff member responsible for this task can pin the query to their list
   • This makes it easier to refer to each day or however often you run the query
4. The missing international checklist items can be found to the right of each applicant’s name. Missing items are indicated with an “X” in that column:
5. Once the applicant’s international checklist is complete, they will no longer show up in this list above. 
6. ISSS will work with them from that point forward.
